Product Owner

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our innovative team and drive the development of transformative solutions for our healthcare SaaS platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of impactful products and features. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering user-centered solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Requirements & Backlog Management

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize user feedback from diverse channels to generate actionable insights that inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to document comprehensive business requirements and system functionalities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized and balanced with new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Develop detailed specifications for minor features and contribute significantly to major feature designs, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  
  

Collaboration & Agile Development

• Partner with Agile development teams to break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  
  

Feature Development & Launch

• Co-author Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with the Product Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of features and capabilities post-launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and UI/UX teams to conduct post-launch analysis, identifying opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.
  
  

Customer-Centric Focus

• Be the go-to expert on product functionality, providing clear guidance during decision-making processes.
• Engage with customers, including physicians and/or administrative staff, to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure solutions address their needs effectively.
• Act as the “voice of the customer,” advocating for user needs and integrating their feedback into product development.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations to gather actionable insights, refine features, and recommend improvements.
  
  

Cross-Functional Communication

• Set clear delivery expectations and provide timely updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Foster collaboration and open communication across teams, encouraging diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.
• Motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in SaaS platforms, ideally within an Agile environment.
• Preferred Expertise: Experience in AI-enabled product development and healthcare workflow automation.
• Domain Knowledge: Healthcare or healthcare IT experience is desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Technical acumen to collaborate effectively on complex integrations with engineering teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle prioritization and workload capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with engineering, UI/UX, Product Management, and key stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of end-to-end customer experiences in healthcare workflows.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 79,300.00 - 147,300.00
