Job description

The role:


As a Partner Manager, you will join our agile Partner Team, part of the Sales organization, where you will collaborate to establish a demand generation partnership programs through referral, co-sell, and resell models. You will work closely with the team to develop and manage key partnerships across our ecosystem, including:


  • Implementation Partners
  • Knowledge Partners
  • Solution Partners
  • ERP Vendors & Implementers
  • FX & Market Data Providers
  • Banks & Treasury Consultancies


Your responsibilities:


Your focus will be on nurturing the Implementation partner relationships and driving demand generation partnerships, working together with the team to expand our referral, co-sell, and resell programs in the DACH region. As a Partner Manager your responsibilities also include:


  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the Partner Team to implement strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Ecosystem engagement: Help strengthen relationships with partners across the ERP, treasury, and financial services landscape.
  • Demand generation programs: Contribute to the development of referral, co-sell, and resell models to drive business growth.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Align efforts with Sales, Professional Services, Product and Marketing to maximize partner impact.
  • Performance monitoring: Support the tracking and analysis of partner contributions to ensure ongoing success.


Requirements:


  • Work experience: Background in partner management, business development, or channel sales (preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, treasury, or ERP ecosystems).
  • Team player: Comfortable working collaboratively within a small and agile team to achieve shared goals.
  • Communication & relationship management: Strong ability to engage, negotiate, and collaborate with external partners and internal teams.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, FX, treasury, and financial services ecosystems is seen as a plus.
  • Remote work capability: Self-motivated and able to work effectively remotely while engaging with international teams and partners.
  • Location: You can be based in Germany, The Netherlands or Finland.
  • Language skills: Excellent German and English (written and spoken). Other European languages are seen as a plus.
