Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and ambitious Senior Developer with Healthcare Data knowledge to join our HTD Health growing team! If you want to feel that your work is making an impact on the development of the health segment, keep reading!

What We Need From You

  • Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience in software development, with expertise in Node.js, .NET, or Python.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services.
  • Unit Testing and Debugging: Strong focus on quality, with experience in writing unit tests and debugging complex systems.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates challenges, identifies risks, and implements effective solutions.
  • Healthcare Data Expertise: Prior experience working with healthcare data, especially FHIR standard. Knowledge/experience working with HL7 v2, C-CDA, DICOM, SNOMED and other main US healthcare data standards as a plus.
  • Experience setting up, customising, or integrating with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, athenahealth, Healthie, Medplum). Ability to quickly adapt to new EHR systems and efficiently integrate with their APIs and data models. Knowledge of SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, and/or FHIRcast as a plus.
  • Experience with healthcare data transformation and mapping, ensuring accurate data exchange between systems.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices.
  • Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong "I can learn this" attitude
  • Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards
  • Ability to understand complex business cases and translate to the working software
  • Previous experience working in agile methodology
  • Being a team player focused on getting things done

  • Oversee and monitor applications staging & production environments

  • Being open to sharing your knowledge and taking part in company initiatives eg. team talks, workation, hackathons, internal events

What You Can Expect From Us

What you can expect from us:

  • Salary: 120 - 200 k
  • Health Insurance: HTD Health provides health coverage from an Aetna plan of your choice selected through Trinet. The company covers the majority of costs associated with health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
