About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant (EA) based in Latin America to provide top-tier administrative and operational support directly to a CEO. This role requires an exceptional professional with strong office management expertise, outstanding spreadsheet skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, emails, and meetings.
  • Handle complex spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting with precision.
  • Utilize HubSpot and ClickUp for CRM and project/task management.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with minimal accent and exceptional writing skills.
  • Assist with special projects and coordinate tasks across teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in all documentation, reporting, and communications.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a high-level role.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel proficiency required).
  • HubSpot and ClickUp experience are a strong plus.
  • College-educated with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills and minimal accent.
  • Fast and highly accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly with CEOs or senior executives is highly preferred.
