Job Title: Qlik Replication Specialist

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Qlik Replication Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and monitoring data replication processes using Qlik Replicate, as well as managing integration with SAP, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and other ETL/ELT tools. Key Responsibilities:

Qlik Replicate Management:
Configure, optimize, and monitor data replication processes using Qlik Replicate (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience).
Debug and analyze logs to identify and resolve performance issues.
Data Extraction & Integration:
Implement SAP Data Extraction techniques to retrieve data efficiently.
Design and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines, triggers, and integrations with Snowflake.
Snowflake Expertise:
Leverage Snowflake architecture to optimize queries and manage data using Stage/Copy, Time Travel, and Zero Copy Clone features.
SQL & ETL/ELT:
Write and optimize SQL stored procedures, manage transactions, and ensure efficient data processing.
Apply ETL/ELT techniques for data transformation, deduplication, and validation.
Data Management & Governance:
Oversee both real-time and batch data replication, evaluating impacts on source and target systems.
Manage schema changes using CDC (Change Data Capture).
Process Monitoring & Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize replication processes to enhance performance and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Data Governance principles, including access modeling, quality control, and data consistency.
Familiarity with data security practices such as anonymization, encryption, and implementing RBAC in Snowflake.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
