At Qu You Will Be Responsible For
Contract Supervision: Oversee the creation, review, and execution of multiple sales orders and statements of work, ensuring all documents are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and execute contracts, ensuring data is correctly captured, maintained, and easily accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
Team Coordination: Supervise and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, product and operations to ensure timely contract execution, resolving any issues that arise during the process.
Contract Negotiation Support: Provide guidance and support in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, offering input to ensure terms align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards, minimizing risk exposure.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, sales orders, and SOWs in Salesforce. Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of contracts and execution timelines.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to contract management, working closely with other departments to implement efficiencies.
Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members on contract management processes, Salesforce usage, and best practices for contract execution.

This role can be remote, with some travel possible (20%)
The Candidate will be expected to interact with various departments and customers regularly.
