Key responsabilities:

Administration, configuration, and maintenance of cloud processes in the area of Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Technical support for internal and external users in cloud technologies.

Assisting in the implementation and compliance with ISO 27001 security standards.

Documentation of IT processes and security policies, as well as participation in internal and external IT security audits.

Cloud-Administrator / Support Engineer (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben im Team

Die Administration, Konfiguration und Wartung von Cloud-Prozessen im Bereich Governance, Risk und Compliance
Der technische Support für interne und externe Anwender im Bereich Cloud-Technologien
Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Einhaltung des ISO 27001 Sicherheitsstandards
Die Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
Du installierst unsere Anwendungen on premise (via remote) oder in der Cloud
Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Audits im Bereich IT-Sicherheit

Das bringst du mit

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Systemadministration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Servern (on premise oder in der cloud)
Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz-Erfahrung mit Monitoring-, Logging- und Automatisierungstools
Vertrautheit mit IT-Sicherheitsstandards und besten Praktiken, insbesondere ISO 27001
Erfahrung in der Durchführung oder Unterstützung von IT-Sicherheitsaudits von Vorteil
Lösungsorientierte und analytische Denkweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
