• Keep the CEO's schedule organized and remind them of important meetings or deadlines.


• Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and phone calls.


• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for company meetings.


• Support the CEO in various research tasks and special projects as needed.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage the CEO's schedule and tasks efficiently.


• English necessary


• Proficiency in using office software and tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling applications.


• Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred but not necessary, especially in a fast-paced environment.

• Student/part-time job about 20 hours a week


• Purely remote
