The Work You'll Do

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Enablement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in equipping our Partners and System Integrators with the technical expertise they need to implement Sovos’ solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs and resources that empower our partners to confidently position and implement Sovos’ solutions with minimum support.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Collaborate with professional services, partner sales, product, and engineering teams to identify technical enablement needs and develop comprehensive training and certification programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging technical training content, including workshops, presentations, and online resources.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation, FAQs, and best practices for implementing Sovos’s solutions
  • Work closely with the program manager to develop and implement assessments and certifications to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve enablement programs.
