What We Are Looking For
Airlock Digital is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that Airlock application(s) execute on., including defining, implementing and automating processes and procedures related to building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Build and configure new cloud infrastructure (servers, container images, networking configuration, security configuration, etc.)
Assist with any diagnosis and resolution of outages and/or technical issues affecting cloud infrastructure
Update cloud infrastructure through patches and upgrades to infrastructure components including the airlock application itself
Evaluate and propose solutions to technical challenges with the cloud infrastructure
Develop processes, procedures, and automations for managing the cloud infrastructure
Create and maintain documentation around technologies, processes, procedures, and automations related to cloud infrastructure in the team documentation repository
What You’ll Need
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or in Infrastructure Administration
Solid experience with automation tools such as Ansible and container technologies such as Docker or Podman
Proficiency with Bash and Golang
Experience in roles having increasing responsibility in a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator role
Knowledge of one or more cloud providers such as Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP, etc.
