Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Process Management Expert to join our IT Processes & Quality team—someone who brings deep expertise in IT process architecture, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement, and knows how to move organizations forward without needing to lead from the front.

This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with IT leads, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, helping to build robust, scalable, and efficient processes that enable credibility and trust. You’ll be the trusted advisor, the subtle driver of change, the “grey eminence” behind operational success.

In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you:

• Shape and optimize our IT process landscape using frameworks like ITIL, ISO, and CMMI.
• Provide expert guidance on process governance, execution, and improvement effectively.
• Monitor key workflows, spot inefficiencies, and help teams correct course.
• Support periodic audits to ensure adherence to process and quality benchmarks
• Maintain clear documentation and create impactful reports that tell the real story behind performance.
• Embed quality standards and support teams in resolving issues smoothly.
• Support training initiatives to promote adherence to quality standards.
• Track improvement initiatives within the organization in order to assure alignment with strategic objectives
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization.

What you will need for successful work:

• Proficiency in German, English, and Hungarian, both written and spoken
• 7+ years in IT process management, architecture, or quality assurance in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL, ISO, Agile, CMMI—certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
• Experience with process design and drawing.
• Excellent communication skills
• Process-oriented approach, independent, accurate, and reliable work ethic
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proactive and initiative-driven personality
