Your Role:

Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI and other tools.
Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.
Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.
Perform SQL querying for best results.
Use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data.
Define and design new systems by analyzing current ETL processes.
Meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders to create and design new reports and optimize existing reports.

What You Need

Minimum 2-4 years related experience in report development and analysis.
Strong Power BI skills.
Strong skills in Excel with experience building and running SQL queries.
Knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more.
Experience creating data models in Alteryx preferred.
Excellent communication skills to explain problems and solutions.
Strong outcome focus.
Comfort in operating in a dynamic, high change environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
