Job description

We are seeking for a skilled Web Developer to manage and enhance web platforms for its legal clients, including Capstone Law APC, Lawyers for Employee and Consumer Rights (LECR), and the Law Offices of Mark Yablonovich.

This role requires a versatile developer with expertise in web development, UX design, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and cURL, along with creative design skills to build high-converting, user-friendly web experiences.

Responsibilities include website development, optimization, security, and infrastructure management, as well as collaborating with marketing teams to improve digital engagement and lead generation. Additionally, the Web Developer will oversee domain management, DNS configurations, email setup, and authentication protocols to ensure a secure and seamless online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Development & Maintenance
  • Develop, manage, and enhance WordPress and other web platforms, ensuring plugin compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Code, debug, and optimize websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and cURL to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and lead management solutions.
  • Manage domain names, SSL certificates, DNS settings, and email configurations to maintain a secure and reliable web presence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, server errors, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues to improve stability.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure regular website, email server, and database backups for disaster recovery and data protection.
  • Perform cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.
  • Monitor website uptime and performance, implementing optimizations to reduce load times and enhance Core Web Vitals.

Web Design & UX Optimization

  • Design and optimize landing pages using conversion-focused UX principles, A/B testing, and mobile-first frameworks to drive engagement.
  • Implement schema markup, structured data, and SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop digital assets for marketing campaigns, including Facebook ads, banners, and branded visuals in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Enhance site navigation, call-to-action (CTA) elements, and lead capture forms to improve usability and conversion rates.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools to analyze website traffic, user interactions, and conversion paths.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine landing pages with modern UX and CRO strategies.
