Job Description: Founding Marketer
We are seeking a founding marketer to join Streamkap. You will report to the CEO as our first marketing/go-to-market hire. You will build and lead our growth engine, tell the story of how we help our customers and build our brand. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing and go-to-market strategy from the ground up and help Streamkap capture the huge market for faster data.

Responsibilities
Tell our customer stories - build case studies, webinars, and overall messaging to share how we help data teams
Deliver valuable content - Answer the questions our customers are trying to solve for with blogs, technical guides, how-to videos, newsletters, and more
Engage on Social media - our users and buyers are on LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Slack, and Discord. Develop and execute plans to meet them where they are through paid and organic and paid
Help us be found - Our content has helped us perform on organic search, and grow on Google Organic
Run ads - Google, LinkedIn, and potentially others?
Reach out - help with messaging for warm and cold email campaigns for new customers and engaging content for existing customers
Measure and adjust - help us build a data-driven approach to invest in the highest impact areas
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Get out in the world - we attend a lot of events, both major and local. Help us make this as impactful as possible
Qualifications
Experience in marketing in a startup, preferably in a Data, DevTools, or B2B SaaS environment.
Content marketing experience - blogs, social, video
Smart - We work in a technical field, so you need to be credible in your understanding of the landscape
Hard working - We’re a seed stage startup, it’s fun, but it’s a lot of work
Self-Starting - Are you ready to operate independently? We need you to take the reins, get in there, and make it happen.
