Job Description:

Associate Director - Product Delivery (ESG)


What we expect: 

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering ESG solutions and services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through timely and effective service delivery.  
  • Act as an ESG consultant, guiding clients in their sustainability journey and integrating ESG solutions into their business operations.  
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently across locations and processes to optimize service delivery and project execution.  
  • Develop and manage project schedules, service delivery timelines, and resource utilization strategies to enhance efficiency.  
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering skill development and alignment with organizational goals.  
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, proposing measures for continuous improvement in service delivery.  
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and overall team performance.  
  • Oversee onboarding support processes, offering clear and frequent updates to clients and stakeholders.  
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, product teams, and technical teams, to ensure seamless ESG solution implementation.  
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding support activities, facilitating payments linked to project milestones.  
  • Contribute to product enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements based on client feedback and internal assessments.  
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Account Management teams to address post-onboarding client queries.  
  • Support Research, Product, and Delivery teams in relevant tasks to enhance service outcomes. 


What we need:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with clients on ESG SaaS-based solutions and consulting, or in ESG consulting within Big 4 firms. 
  • In-depth knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, with hands-on experience in implementing major ESG frameworks and regulations.  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
