Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering ESG solutions and services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through timely and effective service delivery.
Act as an ESG consultant, guiding clients in their sustainability journey and integrating ESG solutions into their business operations.
Plan and allocate resources efficiently across locations and processes to optimize service delivery and project execution.
Develop and manage project schedules, service delivery timelines, and resource utilization strategies to enhance efficiency.
Mentor and train team members, fostering skill development and alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, proposing measures for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and overall team performance.
Oversee onboarding support processes, offering clear and frequent updates to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, product teams, and technical teams, to ensure seamless ESG solution implementation.
Ensure timely completion of onboarding support activities, facilitating payments linked to project milestones.
Contribute to product enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements based on client feedback and internal assessments.
Work closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Account Management teams to address post-onboarding client queries.
Support Research, Product, and Delivery teams in relevant tasks to enhance service outcomes.
What we need:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with clients on ESG SaaS-based solutions and consulting, or in ESG consulting within Big 4 firms.
In-depth knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, with hands-on experience in implementing major ESG frameworks and regulations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Effective decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
