Job Summary
As a Salesforce Administrator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal use of Salesforce to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and drive productivity. This is a unique role in that the primary skills needed are administrative (declarative config, primarily FLOW), but the ideal candidate will need to be proficient on excel and data clean up to import data to Salesforce. You will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of Create Music Group. This is a remote and independent contractor position working with a US-based company. You will collaborate with our team virtually while meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce according to business needs
Create and manage profiles, roles, permissions, and flows
Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to drive insights and process improvements
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations
Manage Formstack third-party integration and live forms
Create new Formstack Forms
Support and maintain existing Salesforce solutions and ensure they continue to meet business needs
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
Data clean up, importing and validation via data loader
Analyze and assess data from source systems to identify data cleansing and transformation needs.
Develop and execute effective data mapping strategies to accurately map data from source systems to Salesforce objects and fields.
Transform and prepare data for Salesforce data migration
Validate and reconcile migrated data against source data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) certification is required
Additional experience in Mulesoft or similar tools is a plus
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Data Management, Data Loader and AppExchange tools
Experience with complex Salesforce implementations / use cases
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in other countries
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
In-depth understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, and best practices for data migration
Fluency in both spoken and written English is required for this role, as it involves communication with international clients/teams and the ability to read and understand English-language documents

25,000 - 50,000 MX per month
