Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to take Simpler’s brand awareness, customer acquisition, and virality to the next level. This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re not looking for someone to manage big-budget paid ads or delegate campaigns to agencies. We need a creative and data-obsessed marketer who thrives on experimentation, isn’t afraid to test unconventional channels, and knows how to get people talking.

You’ll be in charge of making Simpler the name merchants and shoppers associate with effortless checkout. That means thinking beyond performance marketing - community-building, partnerships, referral loops, influencer campaigns, and creative guerrilla tactics are all on the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build & execute growth strategies to acquire and retain merchants - from performance marketing to out-of-the-box growth hacks.
  • Test, iterate, and scale the most effective customer acquisition and brand-building tactics.
  • Manage & optimise paid channels - but also explore organic, partnerships, referral loops, and viral campaigns.
  • Develop content & thought leadership to establish Simpler as the leader in seamless checkout.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering to make growth an embedded part of Simpler’s strategy.
  • Hack distribution - whether through partnerships, influencers, events, or organic marketing - whatever drives results.
