Job description

Watertown Regional Medical Center is assisting with the recruitment of an additional CRNA to our independent group, Watertown Anesthesia. Experience preferred, but not required. This is a 1099 opportunity in an all-CRNA practice with call shared equally.

$325k starting base salary
$35k Sign-On Bonus
8 weeks PTO
Malpractice covered
Covering one hospital only
30-minute call back response from home or the hospital supplied call apartment
Half of the time, post-call days are off (24 days total)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have experience performing US guided nerve blocks. We have a robust orthopedic practice requiring daily peripheral nerve block procedures (willing to train the right candidate)
Provider must be comfortable working in an independent practice and taking call independently, including placing labor epidurals and central lines
APNP certified and DEA license required
Team focused, professional, and adaptive with strong communication skills
