We are currently searching for a Senior VMI Planner to help power our fast-growing ‘Never Out of Stock’ (NOOS) team at VILA.
YOUR TEAM
You will become a part of VILA's NOOS team, a dynamic, international, and results-driven team of 14 colleagues, who are all passionate about making a difference for the business and for the retail- and wholesale partners all over Europe. You will be part of a team of 4 VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) planners, which plays a central role in our business. With your expertise, you will help develop and support your colleagues while ensuring a smooth flow of NOOS products from our central warehouse to our customers. We are dedicated to creating a replenishment program aligned with the latest trends and customer needs.
THE ROLE
As Senior VMI Planner, you will be responsible for managing NOOS orders and leading the day-to-day replenishment operations. Working closely with your team, our sales team and our replenishment partners, you will ensure the timely delivery of products in the correct quantities to maintain smooth operations. Furthermore, you will be a part the team handling of VMI where you will contribute to managing operational tasks related to VMI planning together with your colleagues. You will work closely with Head of NOOS and your team to make strategic decisions regarding customer development and optimizing internal processes to create better opportunities for growth.
Specifically, your responsibilities include:
Daily supervision of performance, stock levels and adjustments of allocations
Analysing performance data to improve our tools and processes to make our work even better
Collecting and using feedback on product performance, market needs, and future trends
Ensuring operational efficiency and alignment across all sales channels
Sharing NOOS strategies and updates with both internal teams and external partners.

You are either in a similar role or have experience within the field of business analysis, planning, business controlling, category management or key account management. With a commercial, proactive, and self-driven mindset, you gain deep business insights, challenge the status quo, and drive the optimization and development of the supply chain, while establishing a clear and structured approach. You thrive in hands-on operations while building strong relationships across VILA and external partners. You value data-driven decisions and recognize the importance of leveraging data to optimize both operations and strategy.
Along with that, you bring:
Strong experience as a planner, demand planner or similar
Understanding of NOOS is considered an advantage
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, and an understanding of Power BI or similar tools
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
