Data Entry & Record Management Use our CRM system to accurately track bookings, payments, and client interactions. Travel Advisory Guide clients on destinations, travel arrangements, and insurance options to elevate their travel plans. Problem-Solving Tackle travel complications—like flight cancellations or itinerary changes—with quick, effective solutions.

Requirements Experience Previous experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry preferred. Skills Strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service, and proficiency in travel booking platforms/CRM systems. Organization Capable of juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities in a remote work environment. Problem-Solving Ability to promptly identify and resolve client issues in a professional manner. Flexibility Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones. Education High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
