Position Overview

As a Technical Product Owner at XTEL, you'll drive product success by collaborating with functional and technical teams to gather requirements for a domain-driven product. You'll create and maintain essential documentation, participate in agile ceremonies to enhance value delivery, while working closely with other teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Owner, you will:

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements for a highly technical and domain-driven product.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories and release training materials.
• Participate in agile ceremonies—stand-ups, planning, and review—to maximize delivered value.
• Help collect user feedback through a structured and shared process.
• Support the management and organization of the product backlog and product board.
• Work closely with the Engineering and AI teams, as well as other product owners.

Qualifications

A great candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Technical product owner or Technical business analyst in a software company, practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge and interest in the Engineering, Computer Science and AI fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location Preferences:

Our headquarters is located in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna, and we offer hybrid work arrangements. While we prioritize candidates who are based in Bologna and the surrounding areas for hybrid work, we are open to considering other options on a case-by-case basis.
