Become an Assembler! We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing Corporate Team at Assembly Health. Our Director of Marketing will be responsible for elevating our brand, creating demand, and driving measurable business growth.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.



What you'll do

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive revenue growth while enhancing the client experience.
  • Define and refine Assembly Health’s positioning, messaging, and brand identity across new channels and market segments.
  • Own and protect our brand voice, ensuring all messaging—from web content to ad campaigns—resonates with clients, providers, and potential teammates.
  • Lead full-funnel demand generation initiatives across paid media, email marketing, events, and organic channels to build a thriving pipeline.
  • Drive SEO strategies to increase visibility and ensure Assembly Health ranks high in search results.
  • Establish thought leadership through compelling content and campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
  • Work closely with sales and operations to develop high-value reference stories that support key marketing, sales, and launch initiatives.
  • Develop a sales enablement strategy, providing content and tools that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Plan and execute corporate events (virtual and in-person), including conferences, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Leverage data insights to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement and manage a robust marketing technology stack, integrating tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo for effective lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to drive alignment and ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Enhance internal communications, creating engaging content that strengthens company culture.



What we're looking for

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing within healthcare IT or services, revenue cycle experience a plus
  • A strong track record in demand generation, SEO, content marketing, and brand strategy.
  • Deep experience navigating HubSpot and a full MarTech stack to drive lead nurturing, customer retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in SEO, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Experience in event marketing, including trade shows, webinars, and user conferences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • A creative and analytical mindset—equally comfortable brainstorming big ideas and diving into performance metrics.
  • Prior experience integrating acquisitions and executing rebranding strategies is a plus.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $150,000. Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
