A Senior Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce environment. Salesforce is a critical part of our tech stack, supporting teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless system functionality, build scalable solutions, and drive platform improvements that align with business needs. What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
Oversee day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, permissions, data maintenance, and system audits.
Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and critical updates, assessing impacts and ensuring smooth adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, estimate, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements, bug fixes, and system optimizations.
Lead governance efforts by establishing and enforcing data integrity, security policies, and system standards.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and policies to ensure transparency and scalability.
Work in an Agile environment, working closely with the Product Manager for backlog prioritization, planning, pointing, designing, delivering, and testing Salesforce enhancements.
Troubleshoot and support end-users in real-time with system issues, integrations, and third-party applications.
Identify and recommend process improvements and new Salesforce features to enhance business performance.
Identify and resolve data quality issues, address data duplicates or inconsistencies, update outdated information.
Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system and identify cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflows etc.
What You Should Have to Qualify
5+ years of hands-on experience administering, and enhancing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud..
3+ years of hands-on configuration and administration experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Expertise in Salesforce automation, including Flow Builder, validation rules, and process automation tools.
Experience managing Salesforce security, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and governance policies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, pricing rules, product bundling, and contract amendments.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Salesforce DX, and Gearset.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while balancing usability and complexity.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing multiple priorities.
Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud is a plus.
Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models is highly desirable.
