About The Role

• Power Platform will lead the design and implementation of digital transformation solutions for clients using Power Platform, focusing on low-code automation and data-driven solutions.
• Apply deep expertise in low-code concepts and patterns to develop scalable, efficient, and robust solutions that align with clients' business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency and business growth by empowering clients to streamline processes through innovative, low-code solutions, requiring strong technical skills, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, effectively leveraging out-of-the-box features where appropriate to meet business needs.
• Automate workflows and streamline business processes to increase efficiency and productivity for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and trends in Power Apps and Power Automate to continuously improve solutions.
• Provide technical insights and guidance to development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.
• Integrate Azure Cloud with Power Platform, including using Microsoft Graph, to enhance functionality and enable seamless data integration.
• Integrate Dataverse with Azure Cloud to optimize data storage, management, and accessibility.
• Leverage a solid understanding of serverless technology, including messaging architecture, to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Understand Power Platform licensing, throttling, and scaling to ensure optimal performance and resource management.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps, SharePoint, and Power BI, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using these technologies.
• Strong expertise in Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), for building scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases, including design, SQL, and performance tuning, ensuring optimal database management and query efficiency.
• Solid experience in working with Web APIs (SOAP/REST), enabling seamless integration and communication between various systems and applications.
• Expertise in modern development tooling such as GIT, JIRA, and Azure DevOps to manage version control, project tracking, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Preferred candidate certifications includes Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform App maker Associate.

Final pay, influenced by factors such as experience, skills, education, licenses/certifications, and/or geographic location, underscores our dedication to pay equity.
