Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics and Finance

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our financial strategy and analytics team. This role will provide financial insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven decision-making support to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Conduct historical data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions related to business growth and program development.
• Perform quantitative analyses (such as ROI analysis and scenario planning) to identify opportunities, build investment cases, and support leadership in prioritizing resources effectively.
• Develop forecasting models to assess business impact and manage budgets.
• Establish a financial reporting cadence, monitor key performance metrics, and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Product, to align strategies.
• Provide ad hoc support for strategic initiatives and special projects.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, business analytics, investment banking, or consulting. Experience in a marketplace or platform-based business is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations).
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience handling large datasets and developing analytical frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools to synthesize complex information.
• Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative and team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  
  

Compensation range for position is $ 111,000 – 117,000 DOE.
