Job Summary: The Custom Solutions QA Analyst is responsible for creating and executing the test plans, test procedures, and test cases used to certify custom solutions built with our infrastructure.

Test areas include feature/functional, load, performance, and regression. The Custom Solutions QA Analyst works closely with Custom Development and Project Management staff as a part of our Managed Solutions group and is involved in every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for IVR chatbots, conversational AI systems, and customer implementation workflows.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Provide feedback on system design and usability based on testing insights to improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in Bug Triage and Product Overviews
  • Learn and Write Test cases in Automation Tool
  • Execute tests via Automation Tool during Regression Cycle
  • Perform Functional and Regression testing during Sprints
  • Suggest Improvements to QA Process and Procedures
  • Learn and implement new ideas in AI for QA Department

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with customer-facing applications.
  • Proficient in oral and written Spanish communication, including the ability to read a Spanish script and or listen to Spanish audio and detect incorrect grammar, punctuation and meaning and respond in Spanish
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools for voice and chatbot interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with peers, management and customers regardless of their background, experience, and ability to comprehend complex technical content
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Experience writing SQL queries and NoSQL searches
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide thoughtful and insightful feedback from user experience, even if product/project meets the written requirement; ability to see and judge the product/project from the user perspective
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment with many simultaneous projects in flight
  • Experience with API tools such as PostMan, SoapUI, etc.
  • Experience with Load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
  • Experience with Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Natural Language Processing, Conversational Speech and Generative AI a plus.
  • Experience working with a scripting language such as Python, PHP, etc.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
