Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Understand and translate customer needs into actionable project plans.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans that outline specific processes and timelines for implementation. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to align project objectives with company goals. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Solution Customization and Optimization: Leverage Intelepeer's offerings to create customized solutions for clients. Continuously assess and adjust as necessary to ensure the project meets or exceeds performance metrics.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SmartSheets, Jira and other PM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box for innovative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
