Position Summary
Energizer is seeking a summer intern to lead and work on IT special projects with a focus in infrastructure. This is a full-time position that will report to the Sr. Manager, End-User Computing and have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other IT functions and teams. The internship is an 8 - 12 week program that provides a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world experience within their field. During this internship the successful candidate will support and execute IT initiatives for infrastructure. At the end of the internship, the candidate will present outcomes to the Energizer Information Technology Leadership Team. In addition to the opportunity to acquire real-world experience, arrangements will be made for internal developmental and networking opportunities, including a group career panel discussion with select Energizer leaders towards the end of the project.

- Coordinate tasks and support one or more small IT infrastructure project(s).
- Develop and execute a project work plan, including scope, timeline, and resources.
- Track project deliverables and report progress.
- Plan and develop project testing, communications and training activities (if applicable).
- Other tasks, as assigned.
What You’ll Learn & Experience
- Develop an understanding of IT operations and infrastructure service delivery.
- Experience various phases of project lifecycle: Scoping and Planning, Design, Configuration, Test, Deploy and Go Live Support
- Learn organizational change management approaches and skills.
- Learn to identify, problem solve and resolve project risks and issues.
- Communication and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders across functions and levels in a global organization.
We we are looking for
- Successful completion of at least second year of full-time undergraduate studies at a college or university.
- Major/Discipline: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
- Motivated self-starter with ability to collaborate, multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent customer and communication focus with a willingness to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Internship will run from May to August 2025 as a full-week role (8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday hours are flexible)
