About the job:

As our Tech Lead, you will be both a hands-on engineer and a leader, guiding a team of product engineers while actively contributing to development. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer to set the technical direction and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions. Reporting directly to our VP of Engineering, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and maintaining high technical standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3-4 Product Engineers, ensuring high performance, alignment, and growth.
  • Actively code and contribute to product development while mentoring engineers.
  • Align technology direction within your area, with other areas as well as with the overall technology direction of the company
  • Foster a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset within the team.
  • Continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and workflows.
  • Align technology strategy with company-wide goals and collaborate across teams.
  • Represent engineering in key initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Optimize team structures and workflows to maximize efficiency and innovation.
