About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Marketing Manager to lead our newly established Customer Success Team. This role will be responsible for actively representing our brand to end-users, business partners, and market influencers to create brand loyalty, expand expertise, and drive sales growth. This role will also own the newly established Weld-On Education and Certification program and will be instrumental in running the program, driving engagement, and providing world-class service and training. They will work with internal functions to develop new cutting-edge technology to support customers.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in field marketing, technical training, web-based training, and development of engaging courses and content. They will have a positive and supportive approach that garners attention and trust. The right person will be able to show the customer the path to value and build ongoing relationships. They will be a technically adept communicator with the ability to provide accurate information in both detailed and simple deliveries. The role will require outreach and constant interaction with clients, contractors, trade schools, unions, and associations. The successful candidate will significantly expand awareness and advocates for Weld-On offerings and expertise. The position will be based in the USA but interact and support global markets including western Europe and Mexico.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Technical Marketing Manager role is global and will require domestic and international travel. Up to 50% travel is required. Candidate must be located in USA.
