Our Marketing team plays a critical role in driving revenue and as our first dedicated Demand Generation Manager, you'll be the powerhouse behind attracting, engaging, and converting high-quality leads!
This multifaceted role puts you at the intersection of Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Strategy, and Event Management, allowing you to flex your skills across various channels and tactics.
Whether it's optimizing ads, managing webinars, or turning SEO insights into action, your impact will be tangible, and your ideas will shape how we grow and scale.

Our software enables cloud-based collaboration among electronics designers, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in the trillion-dollar electronics industry. Rather than digitizing individual processes in isolation, we enable all stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly and in real time within the Luminovo platform.

You can join our team remotely, or in an on-site/hybrid setup close to our HQ in Munich. Please note that either way, there will be instances where travel is required (industry events, customer meetings, team events). Travel expenses will of course be covered by us.

🎯 Performance objectives
Performance marketing
- Strategize, execute, and refine campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and niche platforms like Capterra.
- Establish a data-driven approach to monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
SEO & content strategy
- Manage our external SEO agency, conduct keyword research, optimize onpage/offpage SEO, and collaborate closely with our Content Manager for SEO-focused content.
- Optimize the website and landing pages to create seamless, high-converting user experiences that drive demand and engagement.
Email marketing campaigns
- Design and manage nurture campaigns, newsletters, and retargeting efforts to engage leads throughout the funnel.
- Regularly analyze and report on email campaign performance for actionable insights.
Event strategy & execution
- Oversee the planning and management of trade shows, conferences, and own offline and online events.
Webinars as a growth channel
- Build webinars into a consistent lead generation channel, optimizing their promotion and execution to deliver high engagement.
⚡️ What Will Help You Succeed
- Being passionate about Marketing automation and leveraging AI tools
- Having previous work experience in Marketing/Demand Generation in the context of B2B SaaS
- Performance marketing [Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC networks]
- SEO [keyword research, optimization strategies]
- Marketing tools [Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hubspot, etc.]
- Having an interest in managing (Marketing) events and webinars as important MQL channels
- Being a numbers-person with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with KPIs like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Speaking both 🇩🇪 German and 🇬🇧 English on C1 level (must-have requirement, given our markets)

💸 Compensation
We want to offer compensation that aligns with industry standards. To maintain a transparent and fair approach to compensation, the salary ranges for all positions are determined based on market benchmarks and a comprehensive leveling framework.
For this role, German salary ranges from
€55,800 to
€70,000, depending on the leveling we'll establish with you throughout the hiring process. Salaries in other countries within our +/- 2h time zone remote work area may vary based on our location-based pay policy.
