Position Summary

The Multimedia Content Producer is a creative powerhouse responsible for developing engaging visual and multimedia content that brings the brand’s story to life. This role focuses on producing high-quality videos, graphics, animations, podcasts, and other interactive media to support marketing campaigns and content strategies. A blend of technical expertise, storytelling skills, and creativity is essential to captivate audiences and drive engagement across platforms.

  • Pay range monthly: USD $15-$22 per hour
  • Location: Remote-Philippines (100% Work From Home)
  • Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM CST
  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Production
  • Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, infographics, podcasts, and other formats tailored to different platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist to align multimedia assets with the overarching content strategy and marketing goals.
  • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create custom graphics and visuals for social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
  • Video Production
  • Handle all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, and editing.
  • Use advanced editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) to produce polished, professional-quality videos.
  • Incorporate animation and motion graphics using tools like After Effects to enhance video storytelling.
  • Optimize videos for specific platforms, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and length requirements.
  • Audio Content Production
  • Record and edit podcasts, voiceovers, or other audio content using tools like Audacity or Adobe Audition.
  • Ensure high-quality audio production with clean sound, music, and effects that align with brand tone.
  • Collaborate with team members or guest speakers to plan engaging podcast topics and formats.
  • Platform Optimization and Delivery
  • Tailor multimedia content for various distribution platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure all content complies with platform specifications and best practices, such as aspect ratios, resolutions, and captioning.
  • Stay updated on emerging platforms and trends to continuously adapt and innovate content formats.
  • Project Management and Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, and other team members to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Manage production timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain a library of digital assets for easy access and reuse.
  • Analytics and Optimization
  • Track and analyze the performance of multimedia content using tools like YouTube Analytics, social media insights, and Google Analytics.
  • Use performance data to refine future multimedia content, focusing on audience preferences and engagement patterns.
  • Experiment with new formats and styles to continuously improve and innovate.
