Position Summary
The Content Distribution Specialist ensures that high-quality content reaches the right audience at the right time through the most effective channels. This role focuses on strategically amplifying content to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions. The Content Distribution Specialist works closely with the content creation team, leveraging a deep understanding of platforms, audience behavior, and analytics to ensure that every piece of content achieves its full potential.
Pay range monthly: USD $12-$17 per hour
Location: Remote-Philippines (100% Work From Home)
Create and execute a comprehensive content distribution strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and audience preferences.
Identify and prioritize the most effective channels for distributing content, including social media platforms, email marketing, paid advertising, and partnerships.
Work closely with the Content Strategist to ensure distribution plans align with the overall content strategy.
Platform Management and Optimization
Manage and maintain the company’s presence on distribution platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
Optimize content for each platform by tailoring formats, captions, hashtags, and visuals to meet audience expectations and platform algorithms.
Schedule content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
Paid Media Campaigns
Develop and manage paid content promotion campaigns across platforms, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Collaborate with the paid media team to set campaign objectives, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
Monitor and optimize paid campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Email Marketing Integration
Collaborate with the email marketing team to distribute content via newsletters, drip campaigns, and targeted email blasts.
Segment email audiences to ensure relevant content delivery based on customer preferences and behavior.
Track email performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to refine future distribution efforts.
Content Syndication and Partnerships
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant platforms, influencers, or industry websites to syndicate content and expand its reach.
Submit articles, videos, and other content to third-party sites to boost visibility and traffic.
Leverage relationships with influencers and thought leaders to amplify content distribution.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor the performance of content distribution efforts using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and platform-specific insights.
Create detailed reports highlighting distribution effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
Use data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing future distribution strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Content Creator and Social Media Manager to ensure distribution efforts align with the creative vision and audience expectations.
Coordinate with SEO Specialists to ensure distributed content supports organic search performance and visibility.
Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to share distributed content that nurtures leads and supports customer retention efforts.
