Position Summary

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for the execution of paid media strategies for individual clients of Rocket Clicks. As a front-line team member, they actively engage in ad platforms on a daily basis to drive the necessary performance results for their clients. Their attendance and participation in both internal sprint meetings and client calls supports the Account Manager in fostering client confidence. The Paid Media Manager also prioritizes the most critical tasks, finding efficiencies through automation and delegation of work to supporting team members.

Objectives

  • Execute Rocket Clicks playbook for the particular client industry
  • Ensure account execution follows company First Principles methodology
  • Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Execute paid media tasks within weekly sprint planning framework
  • Participate in collaborative brainstorming to identify experiments for client accounts designed to produce the highest likelihood of performance improvement
  • Work with design and editing partners to ensure marketing campaigns are using the most compelling content creative
  • Manage ad accounts based on set target media mix and budget allocations
  • Implement and confirm conversion tracking to support reporting and measurement needs
  • Attend virtual client meetings for context and subject matter expertise
  • Execute audits of client and prospect accounts using provided framework to harvest opportunities for growth
  • Work with generative AI to develop ad copy, creative, and landing page content
  • Execute research to support marketing initiatives and direction

Education & Experience

  • Prior experience working in a professional services organization
  • 2-4 years professional experience in digital marketing
  • 1-3 years experience in a role owning Paid Media

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working
  • This position may require up to 10% travel

The Pay Range For This Role Is

55,220 - 75,750 USD per year(US)
