About The Role
As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning, you will own Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, supply planning, and order planning. This mission-critical role ensures Tive has the right products in the right place at the right time while optimizing inventory and reducing costs.
From day one, you will lead and develop the planning team, drive automation, and enhance forecast accuracy to optimize supply and inventory management. With Tive growing 50% year over year, you will scale the team to support increasing business complexity and demand.

Our ideal candidate has
MBA or master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or related required (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, and order planning
5+ years leading a global S&OP process, driving cross-functional alignment and execution
Experience leading and scaling teams, with a track record of coaching and developing talent
Analytical and modeling skills, with expertise in demand planning and inventory optimization
Proven leader who can influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and execute on strategy
Tech-forward mindset, with experience automating processes and implementing planning tools
NetSuite experience is preferred; familiarity with NetSuite Control Tower is a plus
APICS or ISM certification (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM) is preferred
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and lead the S&OP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and inventory.
Develop demand forecasts using data, market trends, and input from Marketing and Finance.
Lead the Order Planning team, ensuring fulfillment, optimizing allocation, and improving visibility
Optimize inventory across the supply chain, balancing availability, working capital, and efficiency
Automate processes, leverage insights and improve forecasting models for agility and accuracy
Develop and track KPIs on supply chain performance, accuracy, and fulfillment
Drive continuous improvement to scale planning capabilities, streamline, and reduce times
