Job description

The Pre-Sales Solution Consultant Transportation Management Systems (TMS) partners with Account Executives to sell to new and existing customers, meeting quarterly and annual quotas. They enhance the sales process through requirements analysis, RFP/RFI support, solution development, product demonstrations, and seamless transition to professional services.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of Infios solutions to all stakeholders, including executives, IT, and business managers

  • Scope technical and functional solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring competitive differentiation and maximum value

  • Provide product management with insights on functionality gaps, competitive comparisons, and enhancement requests

  • Deliver high-impact solution demonstrations and support sales growth in assigned markets and channels

  • Coach team members to improve product knowledge, technical expertise, and sales skills.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology advancements while maintaining a demo-ready environment

This is a remote based role within Central Europe / Germany. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in B2B software sales

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management; Transportation Management and SaaS experience preferred

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to increase deal size and accelerate the sales process

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
