Job Title: Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Job Summary: An ideal candidate will play a key role in design, development and optimization of Dynamics AX deployments as well as assisting in migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). 

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics AX/F&O engineer, architect, or similar role 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of D365 F&O development best practices

  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations architecture

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012, including SQL tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies

  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques, such as tracing, profiling, and monitoring application metrics

  • Familiarity with best practices for application deployment, server configuration, and infrastructure optimization in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and address complex technical issues impacting system performance

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance optimization and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012

  • Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role

  • Skilled in delivering technical training and resolving complex application issues

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)

  • Proficiency in using tools for performance monitoring and optimization, such as the DynePerf, TraceParcer

  • Experience with Data Management Framework for managing large volumes of data and optimizing data migration processes

  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, such as SQL Query Store, Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) Environment Monitoring, Performance SDK, and third-party tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics

  • Experience designing developing and troubleshooting integrations for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

The base salary range for this position is $91,457- $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.

The position will be posted for 1 month of time from its posting date of March 13, 2025.
