Job Summary

The Head of Sales is responsible for driving all new sales initiatives, overseeing a dynamic sales team, and ensuring that revenue targets are met. This leadership role involves managing a team of Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and an Account Manager to build a high-performing sales engine. The position requires strategic planning, hands-on management, and collaboration across departments to support the company's growth and customer acquisition goals.

What You Will Do As A Head of Sales, iRoofing

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Oversee a team of 12 sales professionals.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to review the sales pipeline, share best practices, and motivate the team.
  • Hold one-on-one meetings with team members to track progress, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with sales goals.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner with SDRs and Account Executives to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and ensure accountability across the sales team.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnerships:

  • Work closely with the Customer Service and Account Management teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and create new revenue streams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings to build relationships and drive new opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the iRoofing CEO and leadership team.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and make data-driven decisions.

What You Will Bring As A Head of Sales, iRoofing

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, including building a sales team, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
  • Background in business development and partnership management.
  • Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is a plus.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member 

Pay Range*: $106,500.00 - $149.100.00 Annually

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with the market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.  
 
You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals. 

Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
