The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialist Sales Representative to join our CNS Neurology team to look after our Queensland territory.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our CNS Neurology products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
How you’ll spend your day
• Achieve sales performance goals and objectives for the CNS Neurology product line.
• Develop and implement effective business plans to maximize sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including neurologists and other specialists.
• Provide product information and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to make informed decisions.
• Analyze market trends and identify key business opportunities within the CNS Neurology space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, market access, and sales operations, to achieve aligned objectives.
• Uphold Teva's values and culture in all interactions and business matters.
Your experience and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business)
• 3+ years of sales representative experience in the specialist/hospital category in the Pharmaceutical Industry, or clinical experience in the CNS category preferably within the Neurology or psychiatry therapeutic area
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
