Role: IIM Lead
Location: Remote within the UK - We offer Choice based working that gives you the opportunity to work from a UK location of your choice, we also offer various Konica Minolta office and Regus office spaces across the UK.
Package: £51,000 - £ 65,000 plus 20% bonus.
We are seeking an IIM Lead to join our team at Konica Minolta!
Reporting to the Head of Solutions, the IIM Lead is accountable for the smooth running of the IIM (Intelligent Information Management) professional service team which incorporates MCS (Managed Content Services) and BPS (Business Process Services).
You will be responsible for the team's direction, operations, and people development, ensuring balanced utilisation, skills, and growth. This role involves supporting projects and consultants while maintaining a strategic view of the team and product category.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with an agile mindset and is not afraid to challenge conventional thinking, leverage market drivers, and pursue innovation!
The IIM Lead will be highly visible to both internal and external stakeholders, a trusted advisor for our customers and a key relationship holder for specific project and wider escalations, including an important contributor to the Go to Market strategy and execution across all category offerings.
