Job description

Position: Global Director of Solar and Energy Storage

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic, Business Development, and Operational Planning for the service lines
  • Lead client engagement, writing and winning proposals, overseeing project management
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue and gross margin targets
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary global technical team, including management, training, and mentoring
  • Lead the improvement of highest-quality and efficient workflows, instructions, templates, etc.
  • Ensure Total Quality Management of all client deliverables and external communications
  • Take a leading role in BV Renewables Technical Center of Excellence
  • Lead the definition, communication, and implementation of industry-leading best practices
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences, technical forums and panels, white papers, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15 years of technical advisory and consulting leadership experience in the US Renewable Energy industry
  • Extensive industry contacts and exceptional client relationships
  • Excellent client engagement, global collaborative, and team management skills

Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly plus commission

Location: Remote

Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
