Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain pro forma models for new site development and renovations/expansions, updating assumptions based on business changes and retrospective analysis.
Develop and maintain a site scoring model to evaluate geographic markets and individual site locations, maximizing the likelihood of successful site selection.
Create business case materials for site selection, renovation/expansion reviews, including market and competitor analysis, financial modeling, and feedback solicitation from departments and market teams.
Distribute approved business case and financial model materials to impacted teams, ensuring alignment on financial model expectations.
Manage and update de novo pipeline for planning, reporting, and revenue forecasting within Salesforce.
Provide high-level biweekly performance summaries on de novo locations for investors.
Maintain and update tools used in the site selection process, including Salesforce and GIS systems.
Monitor and analyze site performance data to support management reporting, operational planning, and forecasting updates.
Conduct bi-weekly and monthly analyses of site performance (e.g., volumes, headcount, financials) and present findings to management and investors.
Support leasing activities, including lease expiration tracking, renewal coordination, and negotiations.
Provide analytic support for marketing initiatives, including maintaining attribution models to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Support other areas of the growth organization, including ad hoc projects and development of financial models.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a financial analyst role with proven experience in financial analysis and strategy development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage major assignments independently.
Experience developing executive-level presentations for C-suite, investors, and leadership teams.
Strong time management skills, ensuring timely completion of both standard and ad hoc assignments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Proficiency in project management, multi-tasking, and coordinating feedback from various departments.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in financial analysis, business, strategy, or a related field from an accredited program.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis or strategy, preferably in private equity or a similar area.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other modeling tools.
Experience in multi-site healthcare preferred.
Additional Information
This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones, ideally located in or around the Greater Boston area. Occasional travel to Boston, MA may be required.
