Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for healthcare partnerships and business growth? We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Director to develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with Health Insurance providers across the UK.


This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll be responsible for negotiating contracts, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance while helping to shape the future of Practice Plus Group's (PPG) private healthcare services.


This role involves UK-wide travel, liaising with both insurers and medical professionals to enhance our service offerings and drive revenue growth.


As our Partnership Director, you will:


  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Private Medical Insurance (PMI) revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with Health Insurance providers to secure new contracts and renewals
  • Identify healthcare market trends and create opportunities for business growth and collaboration
  • Negotiate commercially beneficial agreements that align with PPG’s financial and strategic goals
  • Manage insurer contracts, ensuring compliance and performance targets are
  • met.Lead contract review meetings, providing performance reports, patient experience insights, and market intelligence
  • Expand insurance referral networks, engaging with insurers across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to drive business growth and measure the effectiveness of engagement activities
  • Represent PPG at industry events, showcasing our services and fostering new partnerships
  • Support the expansion of new sites and services, engaging insurers and key stakeholders in development initiatives.


You will bring:

  • Substantial experience in the healthcare sector, with an advanced understanding of Healthcare Insurance
  • Proven commercial acumen, with experience in negotiating contracts and managing key partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of performance improvements in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve issues constructively
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, engaging with senior leaders, insurers, and healthcare professionals
  • A passion for business development and relationship management
