Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Success Manager/Assistant Client Success Manager to coordinate with our performance marketing, SEO, tech support, and website development teams to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our dental clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in client relationship management and digital marketing, with a focus on understanding client needs and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dental clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
• Take calls, answer texts, and tickets as needed. Responding to them in a timely manner.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing, SEO, tech support, and website development teams to align strategies and deliverables with client objectives.
Project Management:
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Monitor project performance metrics and report outcomes to clients, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
• Understand client business goals to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that enhance their online presence.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic recommendations.
• Use practice analytical data to understand new patient behaviors and make adjustments to the marketing strategy to improve business outcomes.
Client Satisfaction:
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and by addressing any client concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for service enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing context.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO practices, tech support, and website development processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy to understand format.
• Experience of handling MRR of multiple clients and ownership of contract renewals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
• Strong teamwork skills in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with dental or healthcare clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Experience with Google/Facebook Ads preferred.
