About The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of Integra’s medical devices. You will work closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, providing exceptional technical support. This role requires frequent travel to hospital sites and occasional overnight stays.

We are looking for somebody who is willing and ready to travel throughout the whole UK.
Usually it's 1 day WFH for administration purposes and 4 days working in the field with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to hospitals to perform testing, maintenance, and repairs on Integra products.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, ensuring top-quality performance.
Provide technical support to customers and the sales team, troubleshooting product-related concerns.
Observe Integra products in surgical environments to assess equipment usage and potential issues.
Install modifications to improve safety and performance.
Maintain inventory levels and manage calibration schedules for equipment.
Document repairs and service activities accurately following Good Documentation Practices.
Present a professional and customer-focused image at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to share technical insights and improve service quality
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Technical degree or equivalent college credits.
Experience in field service, preferably in the medical device industry.
Strong knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, and electromechanical repairs.
Proficiency in IT systems and Office applications.
Ability to communicate effectively in English
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Experience delivering technical training or presentations.
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
