We've grown to become a recognized global leader, with a footprint across all continents, partnering with industry giants like Cisco. Our innovative solutions automate indoor mapping using AI and machine learning, making navigation in complex buildings like universities, hospitals, and large offices seamless and stress-free.


The Role: We are on the hunt for a passionate and commercially savvy Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the DACH region. In this role, you will be the architect of our growth strategy in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential customers in the DACH region.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales initiatives, negotiate deals, and close contracts with key decision-makers in universities, hospitals, and corporate offices.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, personal relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Penetration: Strategically expand our market presence by understanding local market dynamics and leveraging local networks.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer value.


Your Profile:

  • Languages: Native German speaker with fluency in English.
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in evangelist selling and vision creation for innovative solutions.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick to grasp new technologies, and adept at managing sales cycles.
  • Attributes: Honest, straightforward, team-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Qualities: Energy, initiative, trust-building, and a focus on listening and understanding customer needs over self-promotion.


Desired Experience:

  • Experience in channel sales and understanding of indirect sales models.
  • Background in selling to or working with facilities management or similar roles in complex environments.
  • An existing network within our target sectors (universities, hospitals, corporate offices) is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales across wide geographical areas, ideally in a remote setting.


We Offer:

  • A competitive compensation package with incentive-based rewards - €80,000 on base, plus €20,000 to €30,000 a year in commissions.
