Job description

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Representative to join a growing team in the medical sector. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of sales experience, particularly those who have transitioned from a clinical background into sales-though this is not a requirement. The right candidate will have strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical institutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Effectively present and promote products, providing technical and commercial insights to clients.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings and field visits to ensure strong engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Clinical Background (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience in nursing, medical technology, or other healthcare fields who have transitioned into sales are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Sales DNA: A strong ability to build rapport, drive commercial results, and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
