Our client is a leading global player in the vision industry and is well known for its solutions and system expertise in mission-critical applications in industrial automation, medical, and security. For more than two decades, device and system manufacturers have designed our client's products into cameras, x-ray panels, robots, transportation monitoring, and quality inspection systems.

Regional Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d)


Based on existing clients you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that support growth objectives in the EMEA region. You will also benefit from a comprehensive sales training program that leverages best strategies and tactics from virtually every industry. Tasks

  • Manage existing clients and expand business relationships.

  • Identify and win new clients for standardized and customized products.

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for effective business growth.

  • Cooperate closely with your colleagues from Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and Product Management to share customer and market know-how and to help defining target customers, applications and verticals.

  • Manage, support and identify channel partners as well as sell directly to end-customers and OEMs.


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in the machine vision industry.

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics or a related focus.

  • Experience in direct selling to OEMs and Manufacturers or managing channel partners is

  • Strong proactive business acumen, analytical ability, coupled with a technical aptitude and a consultative approach to solution selling.

  • Very good communication skills in German and English.

  • You want to take over responsibility for the Machine Vision Business of a global leader in Europe and drive its growth.
