Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
Develops means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.
Additionally, he would be handling corporate accounting / finance, statutory corporate filing, and compliance for the organization holding the investor, guiding the expenditure of all departments by providing accurate information for decision making in order to maximize organizational profitability and customer satisfaction.
You will be required to work with a high degree of autonomy, taking full responsibility for financial processes and operations.
To assist proactively with cost containment, revenue enhancement, profit improvement opportunities and safeguarding of the company's assets.
To be well aware of the financial position of the Hotel with regards to cash and bank balances and ensure cash flow statements are prepared and informed to the Unit Head and Ownership as per the stipulated time.
Build analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to forecast operating results.
Ensure books of accounts are representative of the affairs of the Company and are kept in accordance with applicable accounting standards and policies Coordinate with Big 4 Auditors for statutory, internal, concurrent, and systems audits of the Company including direct and indirect tax-related returns and assessments Preparation of all financial reporting materials and metrics for internal reporting, MIS for Board of Directors and Auditors
