Now we are looking for a Vice President of Sales, UK/EU to execute the sales strategy across the UK and EU markets.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across the UK and EU markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s global growth objectives
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring sales targets and business KPIs are met
Identify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, and drive sales in key industries
Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning
Set strategic direction for pipeline management and new client acquisition
Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Lead high-value deal structuring and negotiations for big enterprise contracts
Provide executive-level sales forecasts and insights, leveraging data analytics to drive sales performance
Oversee regional sales communication strategies to ensure consistency with company branding and vision.
About You
10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or compliance-driven industry
Deep understanding of the UK/EU markets, including regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapes
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets
Strong experience leading and scaling sales teams, with a focus on coaching and performance optimisation
Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies while staying agile in a fast-changing business environment
Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex, high-value contracts with enterprise clients
Proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven decision-making
Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion
Knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in fintech is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
